When thinking of the winter season, we think of snow, ice and bare trees. The spring is the season we associate with fresh life while the weather has its last wintery and first warm spells. The summer is when we feel most at ease with the elements, profiting from the sun and heat, we go on vacation and crops in the fields grow large - with sometimes a refreshing thunderstorm. And of course, autumn season we usually associate with coloured leaves, mushrooms, and rainy, foggy or stormy weather.

This section houses my photographs that apply to our idea of the seasons. Autumn and winter photographs are most numerous. I like snow! The summer season seems to be a kind of standard and is a very productive season, photographically. That is why my travel photography with a lot of "Summer-specific" shots is located in the Travel section, so if you are looking for summer pictures, look there.
